In the unlikely event any of the products you purchase are defective in some way they may be returned to My Dolly and Me, PO Box 1091, Mount Gravatt 4122, QLD AU in the original packaging and the same condition it was despatched, within fourteen days from receipt (time in transit not included), for a full refund, exchange or credit. If returned we will reimburse for return postage costs and if replacement is requested it will be shipped free of charge.
